Shipping policy
After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order.
Orders placed on the weekend will not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday depending on the backlog of orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information. Note that some couriers may take a few days to update tracking information in their system.
Estimated delivery times once your package leaves the warehouse:
USA: 3 to 10 days
CANADA: 6 to 15 days
UK: 4 to 10 days
AUS: 6 to 12 days
EU: 6 to 20 days
Rest of the World: Varies by location. Please check estimated times at checkout.
*Guam orders may take longer: Up to 21 days

We may offer free shipping over certain order values depending on your location.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages if the delivery address is input incorrectly.
