Return and Exchange Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange at: hello@wearekindpeoples.com
After 14 days: We will not offer returns or exchanges.
Returns:
Returns are for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it- unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be excluded from your store credit amount.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically granted a store credit for the total merchandise balance to your account.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale:
